We encourage families to join their loved ones; all our meals are complimentary for our family members and friends. Our professionally trained executive chef and dining team create meals that are flavorful, nutritious and presented well.

Weekly menu selections are diverse and rotated regularly. Because taste and nutrition are priorities, ingredients are of very high quality and meats include prime cuts.

Leading our commitment to exceptional dining is Charles “CJ” Roberts, our Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services, whose culinary vision elevates every meal from a daily necessity to a memorable experience. With over two decades of professional culinary experience, Chef CJ brings a refined background shaped by classical training, and an unwavering passion for hospitality. His philosophy is simple: fine dining should be fresh, flavorful, and deeply personal.
