Dr Goldfarb is a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Physician with 13 years of expertise in managing highly complex health issues of elderly patients. She has a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Dr. Goldfarb expertly guides patients and their families through complex decision-making, ensuring that care plans align with individual values, preferences, and goals of care.

Dr. Laurie Ryan is one of the leading voices in the field on the future of Alzheimer’s disease. She holds a special place in our hearts, as she is also a Family Alumni of our sister community Kensington Park. Her wonderful father lived there until 2020, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our Forever Family.

Social Worker & Kensington Family Alumni
Dawn Lucas has been a cherished member of the Kensington family since 2016, when her mother joined the community at Kensington Park. Along with her wonderful family, Dawn quickly became an integral part of the Kensington family and continues to stay connected as an active Forever Family Alumni. Dawn is also a former clinical social worker by profession, with a deep commitment to helping others.
