Spousal Caregiver Support Group

The Kensington Bethesda is thrilled to partner with Leslie Mason, LCSW-C, a Care Manager for our monthly Spousal Support Group in-person at our community! Please join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Leslie Mason, LCSW-C, is a Care Manager for Seabury Resources for Aging’s Care Management Program, an organization offering programs and services which wrap around our area’s most fragile older adults. Seabury meets not only the fundamental needs of vulnerable older adults but also provides the reassurance and support that families need to make the most important decisions about their future. Leslie Mason leads our Caregiver Connect program and brings over 20 years of experience of working with and advocating for older adults.

This group will offer a safe, welcoming and private setting for spouses to share their caregiving experiences, connect with other spouses going through the same journey and receive insight from an expert. Our Spousal Support Group is open to all spouses who are caring for their partner, whether that partner is living at home or in a community. Sandwiches or light bites, and beverages will be provided.

For questions, please email Bianca Sauro, Community Relations Associate, at bsauro@kensingtonsl.com.
