Positive Approach to Care® Training for Families & Caregivers

Join us at The Kensington Bethesda for an informative Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) Training designed for families, caregivers, and individuals supporting a loved one living with dementia. This educational session offers valuable insight into the person-centered care philosophy that guides our approach to memory care every day.

Led by Jackie Mills, PAC-Certified Trainer & Consultant, and Michael Kabia, Connections Manager at The Kensington Bethesda, participants will learn practical communication techniques and caregiving strategies that can help reduce frustration, foster meaningful connections, and create more positive interactions with loved ones living with cognitive changes. Whether you are currently caring for a family member or beginning your dementia care journey, this program will provide tools, encouragement, and greater confidence to support you along the way.

For questions, please email Bianca Sauro, Director of Community Partnerships, at bsauro@kensingtonsl.com.
