Brain Health Week Kick Off: Yoga and Cognitive Health
Join us at The Kensington Bethesda for an uplifting afternoon of accessible yoga designed to support brain wellness, mobility, and overall well-being. Led by Beth Meyer, this gentle class is appropriate for a variety of abilities and focuses on mindful movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that promote both physical and cognitive health.
Research continues to highlight the connection between regular movement and brain health. This session will explore how yoga can help improve balance, flexibility, focus, stress management, and overall wellness while providing participants with practical techniques they can incorporate into their daily routines.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this welcoming program offers a wonderful opportunity to move with intention, connect with others, and support healthy aging in a comfortable and encouraging environment.
