David Faeder, Founder, is a founding member and managing partner of Kensington Senior Living, leading the overall strategy and market positioning of Kensington in the senior living industry. As a lifelong senior living career professional, he oversees the execution of the financing, development, and operations of all Kensington ventures.
Tanya Walker, Partner, joined Kensington Senior Living in 2012. Tanya has over 25 years of experience in the operations and development of senior living communities. She has opened and managed ten senior living communities, championed the development of new products, and assisted in the design of prototype assisted and independent living buildings.
Michael Rafeedie, Partner, joined Kensington Senior Living in 2016 to source development and acquisition opportunities and financing. Michael is primarily responsible for the development and construction of our new communities, as well as a development pipeline.
